Then she knocked out Gillian Robertson in UFC on ESPN Reyes vs. Weidman. Barber's three-fight UFC win streak was snapped at her next bout by Roxanne Modafferi, who was fighting at UFC 246. Roxanne beat Barber in a majority decision. Maycee continued her poor streak when she was handed an unbeaten loss against AlexaGrasso in UFC 258. Barber was able to defeat Miranda Maverick in UFC on ESPN Sandhagen Vs. Dillashaw by split decision. Barber fought Montana De La Rosa on April 23rd, 2020. She was victorious by unanimity. On July 2, 2022, Barber took on Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. It was also the final fight of her existing contract with UFC and she then signed a new contract with the company later in the year. Barber lost to Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
